VintProof is an early-stage digital service for tracking and managing bottle collections.

VintProof is operated in a pre-company form and may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility

You must:

By using VintProof, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using:

• •Google OAuth (Google sign-in)

You are responsible for:

• •Keeping your login credentials secure
• •All activity that occurs under your account

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use VintProof only for lawful purposes.

• •Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content

By using the Service, you grant VintProof a limited right to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Accuracy of Information

VintProof allows you to enter values, estimates, and notes about your collection.

• •VintProof does not verify, appraise, or guarantee accuracy
• •The Service does not provide financial, investment, or valuation advice

You are responsible for how you use the information stored in the Service.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

• •All payments are processed by Stripe
• •VintProof does not store payment card details
• •Prices, billing periods, and features are shown at purchase

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time.

Access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period.

8. Service Availability

VintProof is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee:
